WICSA is a registered 501(c) (3) not - for - profit organization committed to managing the
communication gap
between advocates of women's issues and their target audience – women and their families. We work
on improving
the quality of life and economic welfare of women locally and on a global level. We are focused on
helping low income women obtain financial self-sufficiency to help them make informed decisions on
their lives. One of the aims of forming WICSA is to strengthen capacity for international networking to
broaden the range of specialists, clients and countries of cooperation or collaboration.

WICSA has expertise in these areas: social development, economic development, cultural development
and environmental management. We are now focusing on providing a range of professional services to
help governmental and international agencies succeed in achieving their public policy and
developmental objectives, by making available; technical assistance, marketing services and training
services. Just ask us!

WICSA’s main thrust will be in three major areas: run art exhibitions which provide platforms for
advocating  women’s issues and their target audience,  training programs for the trainers and training
women entrepreneurs on the best business practices to succeed :

WICSA was founded by Joy Walker in 1998 and it is run today by Joy and a group of volunteers.
